OK, so I will stop my rant. I think it’s happening because I’m so rushed today. Normally by this time of the afternoon, the house is straight, I’ve gotten a couple good chapters tucked away on the newest book, the CBW and I are heading out to do something interesting. However, the only sunshine I’ve seen today was to and from the market, and the CBW isn’t here, and Dan’s off helping Andrew with his car, And I’m so far behind I may never die…
I took the CBW to her first in her lifetime art lesson, in which she made a lopsided owl and had a bunch of fun with 8 other kids her age. The art teacher seemed impressed she could match colors and knew them. That was the bright spot in the day, in a room with 8 preschoolers and 8 parents (3 of them very pregnant and a bit crabby), 4 aides and an art teacher trying to show little bitties how to use scissors. I am not as patient as I used to be. I was the oldest in the room. That is not getting that unusual nowadays.
At any rate, I was checking in to remind you of the next special coming-and it’s one that makes me smile. I think it will you as well.
And just a precursor to next month-we start Christmas specials and Thanksgiving specials in November and there are several new books included, and planning another giveaway to start shortly-watch for it- and I hope o have my new Christmas vella out shortly. So busy. Back to the special.
