Privacy Policy
- When you trust us, Potpourri Publishing or Springhaven Croft, with your email to use, for example, to sign up for our newsletter, you agree to allow us to use it to develop a base to receive our newsletter, gift offers, and occasional email notes. It will not be shared with other people. No one has access to our email list to the fullest extent we are in control. (I am not responsible for hackers from the dark side who steal stuff, but we put reasonable precautions to avoid this.)
- This privacy policy is strictly for those on our email list. Should you receive this message by mistake, we would be most grateful if you informed us that the message has been sent to you. In this case, we also ask that you delete this message from your mailbox, and do not forward it or any part of it to anyone else. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
- Potpourri Publishing puts the security of you, their reader, at a high priority. Therefore, we have put efforts into ensuring that the downloads we send you are error and virus-free. Unfortunately, full security of the email cannot be ensured as, despite our efforts, the data included in emails could be infected, intercepted, or corrupted. Therefore, the recipient should check the email for threats with proper software, as the sender does not accept liability for any damage inflicted by viewing the content of this email.
- Thank you for subscribing to our newsletter and/or reading our website. The Potpourri Publishing team will work hard to deliver the newsletter and free downloads to you in a timely manner. However, if you decide that you no longer want to receive such emails from us, just let us know in writing and we will take your name off our email list. We are working to get an unsubscribe button set up: for now, just send us a note. Thank you for your trust, consideration, and understanding.
Refunds and returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
