Finally! No more political ads, no more calling names-can we all just get on with life?
And within three days of having him here, he ran out into the street and got hit by a car. We rushed him to our vet, praying all the way-after all, we’d been looking for a new sire to improve pack bloodlines for over two years and once we found him, why would God let him be harmed?
The vet x-rayed him, checked him over, got him out of shock and said he had no internal injuries, no broken bones, no fractured skull, but did have a concussion and broke off a canine tooth. He’s much better after a couple days of tranquilizers and steroids and is starting to move around the house again.
CBW calls him her poor broke puppy.
We had our first rain of fall-about half an inch. We need 13 more to catch up. The artesian well is still not working. Andrews car died on him and can’t be repaired so is being junked, right after he blew $800 on new tires for it. We completed the presidential election and have a new president; now if we can simply get everyone in agreement to do what is best for our country and get along, perhaps things can calm down. It sure would be nice to not haver to refinance something just to go get groceries.
My grandson and I put up Xmas decorations and fall decorations last week; this week he and Dan are working on completing some drywall work. And this week I completed two books and they will be going into the line up for specials: these are the one’s coming up this week!
