If it’s going to Snow Anyway,

I do like walking down snowy paths…

If it’s going to snow, let it come. We’ve got everyone snuggled into place for maximum warmth, the cars have had their tanks filled, the RV is winterized and we all survived Thanksgiving and the CBW’s birthday. Unfortunately, some items she got required assembly: lots of assembly, and it’s hard to wait to play with your new toy if it’s all in pieces on the floor.

Some assembly required is exhausting…

However, with the help of three grown-ups, her toy was assembled. The food was great, the entire crew was home and we all were ready to drop by 4. I hope your holiday was as much fun.

Now about Medicare ads, honestly, we had just gotten rid of all those dreadful political mash-ups and now the insurance folks are crowding the airways with ads about Medicare insurance, parts A,B,C,D and who knows how many more letters. Yes, there’s a deadline, yes, they want to sell insurance but honestly, it’s aggravating.

It’s no wonder that folks watch what used to be TV shows online now on Prime and Hulu and Netflix, Peacock and all the others. In most instances, no commercials or ads are in evidence and you can actually allow yourself to relax, watch something inane for a while and not be interrupted in your fantasy daze by someone proclaiming if you screw up your insurance between here and December whatever, you’ll be stuck all year.

In the meantime, I wanted to alert you to the book for this coming week and to remind you to enter the giveaway. just drop over to the drop down menu under gifts and contests and pull up the giveaway. Someone has to win, why not you?
